A quick exercise for awareness



This is a very quick exercise to bring you back to awareness and to help with over thinking.


1) Ask yourself this question "What is the next thought I will think?" - stop and notice what you think.









PS It's OK if it's nothing :-)








2) Now ask yourself "Am I aware?" - notice the awareness and stay in the awareness.
