The Magical Mojo Retreat

Crescent Moon

Depleted to Replenished

NEW DATES to be announced soon

This is a 2-day retreat in the village of Overton on Dee for any wonderful, wise women who need a day to recharge their mind, body and spirit.

Is this you?

Are you feeling depleted?

In this retreat, I will take you through my CARIAD Method to take steps to replenish your mind, body and spirit.

It's all about being given the tools to understand your energy and how to find what drains you and what replenishes you. To understand small changes that you can make now, to gain more energy.

What would you do with more energy?

play with your children

Take up exercise

learn a new skill

set up your own business

make more money

When your energy levels are depleted then it can put a stop to a lot of your hopes and dreams.

You can feel lost and lonely.

You can feel like a failure.

But you're not, and you are not alone.

Join this retreat to taste a world of possibilities, and to create the light at the end of the tunnel so you can fulfil your dreams again.

You will leave with a toolkit of resources to come back to time and again to help you to reconnect and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
